What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand distribution
Manage agents through in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication to enhance performance
Develop and implement growth plans in collaboration with leadership and product teams
Conduct training for agency staff on products, services, and strategies
Monitor agent performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Must be able to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone
Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
Prior experience driving sales results
Familiarity with multiple lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life / Health)
