We are seeking an Experienced Bilingual Claims Specialist to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- 12 months of claims liability experience
- In office role requires commuting to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
