GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Senior Product Manager to join GEICO's Billing Product team.
As Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to help deliver a new billing platform from conception to launch by connecting the technical vision and specific solutions needed to solve business and customer problems. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will support cross-functional teams focused on improving the customer experience, modernizing our experience and platforms, and leapfrogging the competition to grow and maintain market share.
About This Role
If selected, you will be part of the GEICO Product Billing team and responsible for working collaboratively with design and engineering partners to help deliver our billing roadmap. You will define the technical product requirements for billing solutions, while also coordinating / communicating between different workstreams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to do the work, while also influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvement, and positive team dynamics.
This position is a hybrid role, and it is required to be on-site 3 days a week at one of the following locations :
- Chevy Chase, MD / Washington, DC
- Fredericksburg, VA
- Indianapolis, IN
- San Francisco, CA
- Chicago, IL
- Seattle, WA
- New York, NY
- Dallas, TX

Annual Salary : $128,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
