What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide expertise and guidance in building and maintaining a Finance Data repository
  • Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Technology teams to design effective systems
  • Support the development of a technology roadmap for a Finance Data Lake
  • Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical requirements
  • Implement strong control and governance frameworks for compliance and audit reviews

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 20 years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, or SAP)
  • 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
  • 5 years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake / Warehouse / Mart
  • Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • 5 years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors
  • Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret senior Finance leaders' needs
  • Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in a fast-paced environment
