Senior Staff Engineer - Finance Data Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to support the department's current and future needs
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
  • Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake
  • Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 20 years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft; Oracle EBS; Workday; SAP)
  • 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
  • 5 years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake / Warehouse / Mart
  • Strong understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • 5 years as a lead or architect supporting financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft; Oracle EBS; Workday; SAP)
  • Experience in implementing or supporting revenue or expense analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Deep finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
