As the Mid-Atlantic's largest industrial pump and process equipment solutions provider, we're looking for a hands-on leader to drive our service operations forward across our locations in Aston, York, and Baltimore. You'll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to grow our service capabilities while maintaining our standards for quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

What You Get To Do

Technical Leadership Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial pumps, blowers, and vacuum systems
- Proven ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and guide repairs
- Experience leading technical teams and managing service operations
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical training plus significant field experience
- Track record of improving service quality and operational efficiency
- Ability to both perform and oversee technical work
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
- Capability to work in shop environment and lift up to 50 pounds
