What You Get To Do
- Drive service business growth by expanding team capabilities, optimizing operations, and collaborating with sales teams
- Oversee service scheduling and job prioritization to ensure optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction
- Perform quality reviews of in-shop inspection reports and field service reports while continuously improving quality programs and procedures
- Support service job quoting efforts, providing technical review and optimization of profitability
- Champion safety initiatives and continuous improvement in both shop and field service operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve job workflow and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, build cohesion, and foster our core values: Act with Integrity and Respect, Foster Teamwork, Focus on the Customer, Strive for Excellence and Innovation, Project Passion and Energy and Have Fun
- Manage performance evaluations, address conflicts, and ensure adherence to customer service and quality standards
- Provide technical support to the sales team and maintain strong customer relationships
- Continually improve shop organization, tooling, and operational systems
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field with 5 years of experience, or significant leadership experience in service operations
- Demonstrated experience in technical service, project coordination, and/or supervision
- Strong background in developing and maintaining safety programs and training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to lead effectively in various situations
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and team performance
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to work in shop environment and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

- Full-time, in-person position in Geiger's Aston, PA facility, with travel to our Baltimore location and customer locations as needed
