Job Skills / Requirements
As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with current clients through delivery of excellent service and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing customer accounts, providing expertise to clients about existing programs, and providing sales support for existing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients and work closely with the CIS Support Team to ensure client satisfaction.

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Attend customer requested meetings, including those after normal business hours.
- Proactively relay necessary information to the Support Team and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain basic understanding of duties to be performed at all sites.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to tailor solutions that best meet their security requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”) Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy.
- Must have the ability to travel through the Central Valley frequently; a company vehicle is provided for this position.

Job Type: Exempt, Full-time
Pay Scale: $68,640 - $73,000 annual salary
An employee’s actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced, and the employee’s longevity with the company.
