We are seeking a skilled and organized Customer Service Coordinator (“CSC”) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality control of administrative processes.
- Account activation/deactivation coordination
- Accounts payable coordination
- Billing audits
- Data entry for complaint and quality assurance
- Provide customer service support.
- Coordination of information flow
- Coordination of work ticket process
- Creation of disciplinary reports
- Provide Floor Technician support.
- Coordinate and schedule floor maintenance requests
- Floor Technician scheduling
- Ordering of supplies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High level of detail.
- Consistent positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively, be flexible and multi-task effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required.
- Two years of administrative experience or industry knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
An employee's actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced and the employee's longevity with the company.
