Job Skills / Requirements
The Field Supervisor is responsible for training, delivery of services, and accountability for Janitorial Inc. Quality Service Lead’s, Floor Technicians, Janitorial Floaters, and Janitors. The Field Supervisor works collaboratively with the Janitorial Inc. Support Team to deliver services according to our key areas of success and that are in alignment with our 4 Operating Standards: Safety, Quality, Image, and Efficiency.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday between the hours of 4:00pm - 2:30am.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute training programs such as safety training, specialty training, and on-going training of established programs.
- Supervise Janitorial Inc.'s Quality Service Leads, Floor Technicians, Floaters and Janitors.
- Execute quality assurance programs such as completing monthly site inspections, auditing activities and reports, auditing inventory and placing orders, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to demonstrate our 4 company values: Honest, Accountable, Cooperate, Evolve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
- Ability to manage time effectively, be flexible and multi-task effectively.
- Consistent positive attitude.
- Computer literate and proven organization skills.
- Must hold a valid California Driver’s License, have a decently clean Motor Vehicle Record, and be insurable with company insurance carrier.
Education and Experience:
- AA Degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong is strongly preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have reliable transportation.
- Valid California Drivers License.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Position (Salaried)
An employee's actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced and the employee's longevity with the company.
