To succeed in this role, you must possess strong clinical skills and experience working in a psychiatric setting. A Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner is required, along with certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
