About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider for Cardiology to join our team at Geisinger Medical Center. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our Electrophysiology department.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose adult cardiac patients referred to the cardiology service
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular disease
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in the state of PA
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
