Position Overview : As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and clinical support under the guidance of our providers. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for their visits, performing essential clinical duties, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Prepare and assist patients for appointments by obtaining and documenting vital information using our electronic medical record system.
- Support providers during examinations by performing technical duties such as EKGs and collecting lab specimens.
- Manage administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, filing reports, and handling billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for patient safety and infection control.
- Communicate effectively with patients and answer their questions while fostering a positive patient experience.
- Participate in training and orientation for new team members as directed.
