About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Behavioral Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care to patients, leveraging your clinical autonomy to evaluate, assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with psychiatric mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe evidence-based therapies, and adjust or discontinue medications as necessary
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing, specifically Nurse Practitioner
- Current PMHNP certification
- Prior experience preferred
