Job Summary : Join our team as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on integrated mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services. The Addiction Medicine Advanced Practitioner Training Program is designed to equip clinicians with essential skills to provide Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in a primary care, community-based setting aimed at underserved populations. This program emphasizes clinical training and expertise, ensuring effective mental health and addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in the implementation of MOUD in community-centered environments.
- Engage in comprehensive clinical training, including peer-to-peer support as you start delivering MOUD services.
- Connect with and manage patients receiving MOUD, offering behavioral health counseling and linking them to social support systems for sustained care.
- Collaborate effectively with caregivers both within your team and externally.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and the immediate care team.

Position Details :
Education : Master’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
