Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and triage patients based on presenting conditions.
- Review procedure and laboratory results with physicians, discussing with families and patients.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments for patients.
- Answer phone calls from established patients and their families, assessing needs and discussing plans with physicians.
- Perform screening of patients, as qualified.
Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
