Job Summary
Responsible for performing tasks related to project completion including analysis, training, testing, documentation problem resolution, and implementation of an application.
Job Duties
Responsible for gathering data for problem analysis, including interviews of relevant personnel.
Analyzes documents, files, reports, and other application related workflows.
Prepares flow charts, system test plan, reports, and upgrade requirements.
Documents existing procedures, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
Assist with preparation of project requirements documents and design specifications, including implementation analysis.
Provides input into project plans.
Designs new or improved systems, including reports.
Assists with the preparation of requests for proposals and analysis of vendor proposals.
Recommends system enhancements to provide continuing efficiencies to the end user.
Responsible for preparing training materials and provides training for users and operations personnel..
Assists with planning, testing, and documenting application upgrades.
Assists in the development of user, systems, and operations documentation.
Assists in the preparation of department policies, procedures, and standards.
