Job Title: RN Patient Care Manager
">Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Patient Care Manager to join our team. As a RN Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating clinical services, providing nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Current CPR certification required
