- Execute necessary homemaking tasks as directed in clients’ residences, including thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Provide compassionate companionship while maintaining professional boundaries with clients and their families.
- Handle errands and transportation needs responsibly, ensuring timely and safe service.
- Prepare meals according to clients’ dietary requirements and safety standards, fostering a collaborative cooking environment.
- Accurately complete administrative responsibilities, including mileage logs and availability forms, in adherence to supervisory protocols.
- Communicate promptly with the team regarding client visit statuses, schedule adjustments, and any changes in service needs.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for transportation duties.
