Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate departmental activities, ensuring the continuity of patient care.
• Assume responsibility for all hospital operations in the absence of executive and departmental leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational effectiveness and quality of care.
• Perform additional duties as required.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through clinical experience.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in managing hospital operations effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with proven leadership competence.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
• If no Baccalaureate degree, must be actively enrolled in an academic nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
