Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental leadership to ensure seamless continuity of patient care.
- Oversee and manage all facets of hospital operations in the absence of executive and departmental leaders.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the organization.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience demonstrating effective leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex activities efficiently.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- Enrollment in an accredited academic program is mandatory if a Baccalaureate degree is not held.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
