We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care in our Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania location.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Monitor and track procedure and laboratory results, communicating with physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and schedule procedures as needed.
- Provide excellent communication skills, responding to phone calls and addressing patient concerns.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of authorizations for medications, diagnostic studies, and treatments.
- Thoroughly screen patients to identify potential health risks.
Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant or Nursing is required. Certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Basic Life Support Certification, and Certified Physician Assistant is also essential.
