Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced practitioner to join our team at Geisinger Hazleton in Pennsylvania. As a member of the cardiology care team, you will work closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians to assess, diagnose, and treat adult cardiac patients, managing the smooth operations of the inpatient cardiology patient, outpatient cardiology clinic, cardiac labs, and outreach cardiology clinics.
You will also be responsible for ordering testing as deemed necessary, interpreting results, and prescribing medication within the scope of your practice. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, has strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
