Job Overview
Ambulatory clinical support specialist is a crucial role in the healthcare industry, requiring a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities. As a certified medical assistant (CMA), you will provide direct patient care and clinical support for physicians and other providers in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collect and document pertinent information, such as vital signs, medical history, and medications.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
