We offer a competitive salary range of $320k to $375k based on experience, as well as up to $250k recruitment incentives. Additionally, we provide a residency/fellowship stipend of up to 45k, available up to 18 months prior to graduation. Our continuing medical education program offers 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds. We also offer fully paid relocation and a 401k plan with Geisinger annually contributing over $15k.
