**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Certified Nurse Anesthesia Expert to join our team at Geisinger. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care in the Operating Room.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assess patient status and develop effective treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Select and administer anesthetic medications as needed, responding promptly to any complications that may arise.
- Maintain constant vigilance, monitoring patient vital signs and adjusting treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, communicating patient status and coordinating efforts to achieve successful procedures.
**Education and Certification:**
A Master's Degree in Nursing is required, along with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) and certification as a Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Basic Life Support Certification is also necessary.
