Key Responsibilities:
- Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control to ensure accurate results.
- Replenish reagents and supplies according to established protocols.
- Navigate and access multiple computer applications as needed for job functionality.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university with a major in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science.
- ASCP categorical certification or successful completion of an ASCP/NAACLS-accredited Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program.
- At least one year of experience in a role equivalent to that of a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in a clinical laboratory.
