Clinical Support Associate Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Associate to join our pediatric team at Geisinger. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support services in an outpatient setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support physicians and other providers with clinical tasks and administrative duties.
- Collect medical information, conduct vital sign measurements, and prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
- Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
