Geisinger is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner Addiction Medicine Trainee to join our team. This role will provide integrated mental health and substance use disorder (SUD/OUD) services in a primary care underserved community-based setting.
The successful candidate will participate in Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in community-based settings, including additional clinical training beyond the didactic component. They will also connect and manage patients receiving MOUD, providing behavioral health counseling and connecting them to social supports to retain patients in care.
