\About the Role
\This is a full-time opportunity that requires working nights. As an Advanced Life Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing pre-hospital care to patients in accordance with Pennsylvania state regulations and regional protocols. You will work collaboratively with our team to enhance community health and well-being.
\Key Responsibilities

- Respond to emergency calls within defined geographic areas to provide advanced life support services. \
- Conduct patient assessments and gather historical data, conveying findings to medical commanders via two-way communication systems. \
- Administer patient care within scope of practice, adhering to regional triage, treatment, and transfer protocols. \
- Assume control at scene of patient encounters, directing primary response personnel as needed. \
- Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness throughout assigned tours and shifts. \
- Complete written reports detailing dispatch outcomes and submit reports promptly upon arrival at destination facilities. \
- Participate in training new personnel, providing preceptorships as assigned. \
- Collaborate with local Fire and Rescue teams on joint operations. \
- Promote patient safety improvement and management programs. \
- Adhere to organizational and departmental policies and procedures. \
- Report serious incidents according to established hospital policy and procedure. \
- Cultivate strong relationships with local fire and rescue teams for effective collaboration. \\[/ul]\
- Hold a valid driver's license. \
- Be certified as a paramedic by default issuing body. \
