Job Summary
We are seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Department of Emergency Medicine at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Job Duties
The successful Physician Assistant candidate will work under the responsibility and supervision of the physician, requiring completion of an ARC-PA approved program, current NCCPA certification or eligibility and Pennsylvania State licensure.
The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will work in collaboration with the physician, having a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners or be eligible to hold national certification that allows the NP to work with patient populations and location settings associated with this position.
Education and Experience
Masters Degree - Physician Assistant (Required)
Certificate of Completion - Approved Program for Nurse Practitioners (Eligible)
