We are seeking Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Med/Peds physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Frackville, PA.
Practice Details:
- Outpatient only clinic schedule - variable work week
- Physician/APP panel sharing model
- Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
- Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
Support for Physicians:
- Relocation assistance fully paid

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Patient Care And Procedural Skills, Professional Etiquette, Systems-Based Practice
