Geisinger is seeking a new graduate or experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family medicine team in Mountain Top, PA.
Job Duties
We offer:
- Extended forty minute appointments for medically complex patients, twenty-minute appointments for patients with average complexity and acute care visits.
- Daily huddles with the care team to review schedules, patient information, resource needs, and care coordination.
- Pharmacists assist with patient education and medication management.
- Care managers, health managers, clinic health associates, and coding educators are available to providers.
- Increased access to care through eVisits, patient portals, Geisinger's ConvenientCare urgent care clinics, and text messaging.

- Recruitment incentive - $10,000 paid in lump sum upon start, 2-year work obligation with department (not applicable for internal lateral transfer).
