The Guest Services Liaison is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests entering our facilities. This includes creating a welcoming environment, ensuring a positive atmosphere, and serving as a readily accessible source of information for campus and local area knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, visitors, vendors, and guests warmly to the facility.
- Create lasting impressions through excellent first and last interactions.
- Evaluate and enforce screening policies and procedures for patients, guests, and vendors.
- Assist patients and visitors safely in and out of their vehicles.
- Facilitate Valet Parking and Shuttle services for patients.
