- Consults with employees that may be experiencing emotional exhaustion, trauma, burnout, grief, loss, or other personal challenges, and navigates them to the appropriate resource.
- Creates a safe space for employees to share emotional challenges and partners to create strategies for wellbeing improvement.
- Acts as the clinical subject matter expert for several programs within the Center for Life and Work Wellbeing.
- Delivers presentations and educational content about wellbeing topics to a variety of audiences across the enterprise.
- Assists in response to employee critical incidents, including but not limited to leading group debriefings, individual consultations, and coordination of efforts with other key teams.
- Seeks clarification of information as needed and follows up on outstanding information that impacts final plans and referrals needed.
- Works collaboratively with employee and other enterprise stakeholder teams to ensure all appropriate resource referrals are made and followed up on.
- Ideal candidate is experienced in building programs that create community support for groups or individuals that are struggling.
- Knowledge of care for the caregiver programs or other peer supported intervention
- Role could be based in any region; travel across the system footprint is expected.
