Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant - Urology
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant to join our urology team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support medical providers, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support for physicians and other providers in the outpatient setting.
- Function as an integral member of the healthcare team under the direction of the provider.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including patient scheduling, filing reports, and following up on documentation, phone calls, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
- Certified by one of the listed governing associations required: NHA, AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, AAH, or AMCA.
Benefits:

- Hiring Incentive: $3,000 sign-on bonus for Certified Medical Assistants paid over two years; $1,500 sign-on bonus for Non-Certified Medical Assistants paid over one year.
- Flexible scheduling, with days/7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m., 4/10s workdays, and a 4-hour day during the week.
- No on-call shifts, weekends, or major holidays.
