Phlebotomist Job Title
This position is for a Phlebotomist who will be responsible for obtaining blood specimens and performing accessioning procedures to ensure accurate identification of the specimens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens according to Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute guidelines.
- Exhibit knowledge of adequate and correct collection requirements.
- Accurately perform accessioning procedures to ensure positive identification of the specimens.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Minimum 1 year laboratory experience (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
