Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our Advanced Practitioner Team, you will provide exceptional patient care, assess and establish diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the highest quality care.
- You will make accurate and complete entries into our electronic medical record, order diagnostic testing, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy using evidence-based practice.
- Evaluate and report significant risks to patient health or well-being to collaborating physicians, and perform procedures within your scope of practice as a licensed nurse practitioner.
- You will communicate effectively with patients, PCPs, and referring staff, instilling confidence as a patient advocate by providing safe, ethical care and education.
- Interpret and follow policies and guidelines to meet goals and deadlines, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
