Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Geisinger's Nutrition and Weight Management Department is seeking an advanced practitioner to join our team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide services to patients and families in the Nutrition and Weight Management Clinic in accordance with established organizational policies and professional standards.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic tasks in collaboration with and under the supervision of a physician.
- Meet qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range assigned to their clinical area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bariatrics and/or nutrition, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
