The Geisinger Selinsgrove ConvenientCare clinic provides patients with an alternative to the Emergency Department when prompt intervention is needed to treat worsening illness or exacerbation of a chronic condition.

- Attractive schedule:14 rotating shifts/month, no overnight shifts, and no mandated additional shifts
- Shifts: 12 hour (M-F) & 10 hour (S-S)
- Work autonomously with onsite physician support and limited administrative burden
- Support staff: Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs (available all hours of operation), Phlebomoy, Radiology Techs
- Specialized Equipment: Telemedicine carts, negative pressure rooms, continuous vital sign monitoring
- Diagnostics: X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI
- Hospital Admissions: If necessary, patients can be directly admitted to the hospital from this hospital-based clinic
- Services: Diagnostics, including laboratory and imaging studies (onsite), as well as various treatments
