Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Geisinger. Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients in our clinic, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
