Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant - EP Cardiology

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Electrophysiology department at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.

This team provides care in multiple acute care hospitals and numerous outreach locations, performing over 10,000 cardiac procedures annually.

Our Heart Institute features accredited chest pain centers, a nationally recognized STEMI PCI network, complex arrhythmia ablation, coronary, vascular and structural heart interventions, and an advanced heart failure program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians to assess, diagnose, and treat adult cardiac patients referred to the cardiology service.
• Demonstrate autonomy through patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Order testing as necessary and remain proficient in interpreting results and prescribing medication within scope of practice.
