Job Summary
Nursing Assistants play a vital role in the delivery of quality patient care. We offer market leading pay rates, up to $3 shift differentials for evening, nights and weekend shifts and up to $40,000 in financial support to become an RN.Job Duties
The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of direct patient care activities and some clerical duties. Essential tasks include providing patient care as directed, identifying physical needs, reporting changes in patient condition, processing specimens, assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining equipment. Additionally, the Nursing Assistant may assist in problem solving, serve as a preceptor and mentor, perform clerical duties, release ordered tests, coordinate transportation, schedule tests and operate equipment.Position Details
We are seeking a Per Diem Nursing Assistant to join our team. The position is non-benefits eligible and requires rotation based on department needs. Eligible applicants must have availability to attend a minimum 2 week Residency Program/Orientation which will require full time hours for the initial orientation period.Certification(s) and License(s)
A Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months is required. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) and at least 1 year of related work experience.Salary : $3
