Job Description
As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing individual nutritional needs, developing personalized meal plans, and providing education to patients and families.
- Evaluate nutritional status through synthesis of information obtained through assessment interview, food and nutrition histories, and medical record review.
- Develop and implement effective nutrition interventions, including recommendations on diet composition and supplements.
