Job Details:
This Orthopedic Clinical Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art clinical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting patients and providers in the outpatient setting, ensuring excellent patient care and a positive clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic direct patient care activities, including vital sign taking, weights, and assisting patients with ambulation.
- Assist providers in setting up for minor procedures, gathering supplies and equipment, and applying aseptic dressings.
- Obtain and accurately document patient information using electronic medical records.
- Complete medication reviews and accompany providers during patient examinations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Preferred)
- Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months (Default Issuing Body)
