Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning and symptom resolution.
- Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to design and implement clinical programs.
- Evaluate ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying areas for improvement and determining effective treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Pennsylvania is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A strong understanding of child development, mental health principles, and evidence-based treatments.
