Job Title: Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking enthusiastic providers to join our Trauma Surgery team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.
Job Duties:
- Staff Trauma Alerts and Consultations as an Advanced Practice provider
- Provide care to admitted Trauma Surgery patients on our med-surg floors
- Services include in-patient care, outpatient care, and procedures with minimal OR time
- Opportunity for procedures and occasional outpatient clinic
- Monthly AP Meetings and Journal Clubs with supportive Attending Physicians
Our team works collaboratively with nurses, case management, and social workers. We also have Monthly Morbidity and Mortality meetings and fast-paced care with opportunities for continued learning.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree-Physician Assistant or Master's Degree-Nurse Practitioner
- Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Basic Life Support Certification
