We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Geriatric trained physician to join our team at Geisinger 65 Forward in Coal Township, PA.

About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience:
- More time with patients - up to 60 minutes with patients
- Easier and frequent appointments - we specialize in healthcare just for seniors, we're able to see them more often
- Smaller patient panel - max patient panel threshold of 500 per physician
- Interdisciplinary team - nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator
- Support for patients - group ceramics to rummy card games, our centers offer a variety of fun activities to meet both old friends and new
- Epic EMR - universal throughout Geisinger
