Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, gauging their interest in selling their property and recording their info/property details to report back.
Each week you will be given an allotted area to cover. Again to clarify this is a 100% commission based role. How it works is you knock on doors in the area we give you, you find a person interested to sell their home and retrieve all their information, we handle trying to close the deal. We’ll notify you when the lead you gave us has been closed to which you will get 10%.
On average each sale is $5,000-$10,000 but it is very likely to be more of which you would get 10%.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to provided areas in the metro to find potential homeowners looking to sell their home.
- Build rapport with potential customers by effectively communicating that we want to buy their home for cash.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and property details.
