Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, recommend appropriate signage solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Project Coordination: Accurately document all project details and communicate them to internal teams for seamless execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Design, and Project Management to ensure accurate quoting and clear client expectations.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to grow the business.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on progress.
- Customer Advocacy: Provide internal feedback based on customer insights to help refine our products and services.
- 2 years of sales experience (experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage preferred)
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Stand for prolonged periods of time
- Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
- Valid driver"s license
- Ascend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs
- Read blueprints and construction drawings
- Work outdoors in cold or hot weather
- Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
- Work in loud environments
