We are seeking an Account Manager with well-rounded tour accounting experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Location : This position can be based out of Century City or Encino (CA) on a hybrid basis.
Overview of Role : The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients, and oversees a staff of bookkeepers.
Responsibilities :
- Daily client financial activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters
- Review work of bookkeepers (AP / AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)
- Review bank balances and statements and approve transfers as needed
- Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues
- Monitor insurance renewals and claims
- Assist with home and car purchases
- Other projects, as needed

This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education / training / credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. Applicants will be considered for the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level. The expected base compensation hiring range for these positions is as follows :
